Combat Off Road Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy

Effective Date: Sept 30, 2025

Combat Off Road has implemented this Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (“MAP Policy”) to protect our brand, support healthy reseller margins, and ensure end customers receive consistent value and service. Compliance with this Policy is a requirement for all authorized Combat Off Road resellers.

1. General Requirements

All resellers who wish to sell Combat Off Road products must comply with this MAP Policy.
The Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for all Combat Off Road products is equal to the MSRP listed on the most current Combat Off Road price list.
This Policy applies to all advertised prices in all forms of media, including but not limited to:
flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, radio, television, public signage, electronic media, email, online advertising, search engine results, shopping carts, member pricing, logged-in customer areas, and online checkout pages.
In-store signage at brick-and-mortar locations is also subject to this Policy.

2. Online Marketplace Sales

Resellers may advertise and sell Combat Off Road products on Amazon and eBay.
Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) or any other third-party fulfillment service may not be used without prior written approval from Combat Off Road.
Combat Off Road products may not be advertised or sold on Walmart.com or other online marketplaces unless the reseller has written authorization from Combat Off Road.

3. Promotional Exceptions

Combat Off Road may, at its sole discretion, suspend MAP requirements during specific promotional periods tied to major calendar events (e.g., Black Friday, Memorial Day, Christmas).
Combat Off Road may also grant temporary MAP exceptions for individual reseller events (e.g., anniversary sales, open houses, trade shows).
Requests for MAP exceptions must be submitted in writing to info@combat-offroad.com and written approval must be received before advertising begins.

4. Enforcement – “Three Strikes” Policy

Combat Off Road actively monitors advertised pricing and will enforce this Policy uniformly:

First Violation:

Written notice issued.
48-hour grace period to correct the violation.

Second Violation:

Written notice issued.
Suspension of all shipments of Combat Off Road products.
Suspension of reseller’s license to use Combat Off Road trademarks and intellectual property for 30 days.

Third Violation:

Termination of reseller’s authorization to market and sell Combat Off Road products.
Permanent termination of reseller’s license to use Combat Off Road trademarks and intellectual property.
Reseller will be placed on a “Do Not Sell / Do Not Ship” list.

Violations are measured on a rolling 12-month basis.

5. Additional Provisions

This Policy applies only to advertised prices. Resellers remain free to set actual resale prices at their sole discretion.
Combat Off Road reserves the right to update this Policy or the products it covers at any time. Resellers will be notified in writing at least 72 hours before changes take effect.
The most recent Combat Off Road price list supersedes all previously issued lists.
