Order Processing
All in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (local time) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, customers will be contacted with an updated timeline.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
We ship using UPS for all standard orders.
Transit times are determined by UPS and vary depending on destination and service level selected at checkout.

For customers outside of these regions, please contact us prior to placing an order.
International Shipping (Canada)
For Canadian shipments:

Duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges are not included in the purchase price.

These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Combat Off Road is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

The customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Signature Requirements
Combat Off Road reserves the right to require a signature upon delivery at our discretion, particularly for high-value orders.
If a signature is required and delivery attempts fail, additional carrier fees may apply.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please retain all packaging materials.

Photos of the damaged product and packaging may be required.
Failure to report damage within 7 days may result in denial of the claim.
Do not discard damaged items until instructed.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has shipped, transit times are the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:

Contact us and we will initiate a carrier trace.

Replacement shipments are issued at our discretion after carrier confirmation.
